Zoo Pressured To Close Amid Animal Abuse Charges

Animal rights activists are pushing to close Ukraine’s Kiev Zoo because in the last two years, about half of the animals have died or disappeared, and it’s believed that some were sold illegally. The zoo is now under new management, but animals are still dying and some suspect there’s a conspiracy to kill them off so the land the zoo sits on can be sold.
