3 Reasons You Should Be Drinking Something Different

Latest

1. You’re not a Samantha or a Carrie. You’re you. Therefore you’re not terribly interested as to whether your drink matches your mani/pedi.

2. It’s almost summertime, and the living is soon to be easy. That means it’s the season of barbecues, rooftops, concerts and block parties and there is no better way to meet new people than to be the lady with the alluring new beverage.

3.There is nothing quite like dropping a nickel in the jukebox, setting your elbows up on the bar and listening to Wanda and Patsy and Dolly croon as the bartender pours a round. It won’t have quite the same effect if you try it with a pina colada.

Now that’s cleared up, perhaps you should consider replacing your typical boring, old well drink with a nice cool swig of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey—a brand new, honey-mixed version of old number 7. Drink it chilled as you hum old country songs to yourself, or follow one of the recipes below for an evening of sitting on the porch/stoop/fire escape with your friends.
