Fairy tales can come true. It could happen to you, if you tweet at a celebrity day in and day out for five years. After 21-year-old Disney star (and BFF of Selena Gomez) Jake T. Austin posted a photo of himself kissing 22-year-old New Yorker Danielle Caesar, his fans went wild. Why? Because, in the before time, she was one of them.

The Daily Mail reports Caesar has been fangirling for Austin for the better part of five years, regularly sending him tweet nothings like “your smile is so cute,” “yourq [sic] amazing,” and—in a post from 2010—“me & @jaketaustin are qettinq married . Shhh =x he just doesn’t know it yet ;) yes I know I’m a freak :D.”

And—if Austin’s recent photo of the two in a loving embrace is to be taken seriously, as all Instagrams should be—her strategy worked. It’s not crazy, it’s cute! The two are in love, and every other fangirl is understandably jealous:

Based on Caesar’s success and my own Instagram/Twitter activity, I’m well on my way to becoming friends (or more???) with the following celebrities:

  • Diane Warren
  • Nancy Meyers
  • Shania Twain
  • Octavia Spencer
  • Chris Hayes
  • Tamron Hall
  • Hoda Kotb
  • Kate Hudson
  • Reese Witherspoon
  • JESSICA CHASTAIN

As Twitter user Niall Girl once said, “goals af.”

Am I the only one who thinks this is creepy? Maybe it’s just because I’m the same age as this girl. It’s definitely making me question where you draw the line between fan and casual stalker now that social media is so ubiquitous.
