She always seemed very qualified, damn awesome and exceptionally well-dressed.
That being said, she never seemed to fit the adminstration. She was the chic, worldly, still-single and lovin' it college friend who was just a little too cool and connected for her now married/kids/mortgage/organic garden friends.
