What time will the president be instantly sent to the Hague and all of his policies reversed after Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s redacted report is released?

According to CNN:

9:30 a.m. ET: Attorney General Barr holds news conference

About 90 minutes later: Congress gets redacted version of the report

Sometime after that: A copy of the report will be posted on the special counsel’s website
