As we approach a weekend of bittersweet transition, I’ve only got one question for you.
Just kidding, I have a second question too. (For the record, in 2005, Gallup
found that 36 percent of people like spring best, 27 percent prefer fall, 25 percent summer, and 11 percent winter. It goes without saying that over half of these people are flat-out wrong. Gallup did
not ask what people’s least favorite seasons are, a question I find more telling than the first.)
