The Trailer for Miley Cyrus's Documentary Is Giving Us PTSD

Latest

In case you didn’t know, Miley Cyrus is now a movement and she has an army, according to the title of her forthcoming MTV documentary out October 2nd Miley: The Movement.

While MTV says the movie will follow Cyrus around the recording studio (Britney Spears makes an appearance) and elsewhere as she preps for her album Bangerz, the people who cut the trailer know that what you really want to see is how that VMA performance happened. Unless you’re so sick of Cyrus’s VMA performance that watching behind the scenes footage of her running about and saying things like “I was like, born to become who I am right now” and “I have to do whatever I want because I’m starting as a new artist right now” makes you slightly nauseous.

“You’re always going to make people talk,” Miley says. “You might as well make them talk for two weeks, rather than two seconds.” Congrats! You can die happy because you definitely succeeded.
