TGIF: Meet Your New Squeaky Baby Leopard Friend

Two weeks ago, a clouded leopard cub was born at the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, Florida. Two days ago, it made its adorable (and noisy) on-camera debut. Can I get real with you and tell you—MY BEST FRIENDS—how much I needed this today? Because I really needed this today.

Of the unnamed cub, the zoo says, “He is very vocal, particularly near feeding time which occurs approximately every four hours.”

I’m not going to say that I teared up watching the video of this sweet baby fur ball screech around on the carpet because that would be crazy behavior, but I will say that it made me feel warm and maternal feelings that my mind and body were not prepared to feel. TGIF.
