Suzanne Somers Says Morgan Freeman Isn't a Sexual Harasser, Just a 'Big Flirt'

Latest

Instead of just keeping her mouth shut, Suzanne Somers decided to do the opposite on Fox’s The Ingraham Angle on Tuesday, passing off the many sexual harassment allegations against Morgan Freeman as nothing more than him being “a big flirt.”

“Well, this probably won’t be real popular,” she began, which is a surefire way to know when you should stop talking. Instead of that, she continued:

“I think that women…I totally understand the Weinstein and Bill Cosby, that’s like, of course. But you know, like Morgan Freeman’s a big flirt. I know him really well. He sees you and he’ll like your dress and he’ll like your hair, and he’ll like a lot of things.”
“I hope the dance doesn’t stop. It’s seduction. It’s flirting. All those things are really fun. So I hope there’s a way we can find a nice medium with that.”

News of Freemans’ misconduct was first reported by CNN in May, in which several women accused the actor of unwanted touching and making lewd comments. He apologized, which read pretty thin after he couched it in a denial that he created “unsafe work environments.” If lifting up a production assistant’s dress to find out whether she was wearing underwear isn’t creating an unsafe work environment, literally what is?

Anyway, it’s really great that Suzanne Somers has had so much fun.
