  • Susan Sarandon, the self-described “Johnny Appleseed of ping-pong,” is working on a reality show about her ping-pong nightclub SPiN, and the young players trying to make it to the Olympics. “It won’t be the Jersey Shore,” says Susan.
  • She added that the show, “follows a bunch of people in this crazy little subculture,” but, “we’re just in the early filming stages now. I’m not sure where we’re going to land in terms of our home because we want the tone of it to be funny and quite different than anything else that anybody’s seen before.” [People]
  • Courtney Love played a three-hour concert last night in D.C. described as “an astonishingly awful performance that had few moments of redeeming musical value.” She forgot song titles, lyrics, and guitar chords, prompting the audience to curse at her. Her assistant stood in the middle of the stage and filmed her on an iPhone throughout the show. Oh, and at one point Courtney asked a female audience member, “Do you really like rock music?
