Wegmans is investigating how photos of aborted fetuses ended up in packages of diapers and other products in one Pennsylvania store.

NBC Philadelphia reports that customer Annie Fuhrman Weiss made the discovery on Sunday after she brought home a pack of Luvs diapers. Inside the box, underneath the diapers, she was greeted by a card that read, “God hates the hands that shed innocent blood.” On the other side of the card was a photo of an aborted fetus.

“I don’t think Luvs put this in their boxes,” Weiss said. “I think it was some psycho, crazy, anti-abortion person who slipped it into these open handles here.”

The cards feature self-proclaimed abortion “abolitionists” Abolish Human Abortion, an anti-abortion group that describes abortion as “the intentional killing of the human fetus, or the performance of a procedure intentionally designed to kill the human fetus.”

According to NBC, Wegmans staff found ten more cards in other products. Another customer found an anti-abortion card in a box of iced tea. The store is still investigating how the cards got into their products.
