I'm in the process of "going natural" at this moment and I'm squeeing with sunshine and rainbows all over because this couldn't have come at a better time! I was literally just playing with my hair wondering how long it'd take until I can cut off all of my straightened hair (about 16 inches worth).

I got my first perm when I was 11 and I so wish I knew what texturizers, hot oil treatments, and olive oil were all about! If I ever have a daughter, she will have the best hair regimen everrrr and she'll be natural forever! ...Or so I can hope.

We've come so far from the days of Madame CJ Walker, and I love the fact that now I actually have to spend time taking care of my hair. I'm looking and feeling better, all the while saving money!
