I love Santacon. It's very fun to participate in. But I totally agree about the loud, drunk, obnoxious Santas. I wish there were far less of them. For every one of those though, I've also seen Santas handing out toys or candy canes to kids, posing for pictures, and holding mistletoe over tourist couples. I've seen hilarious and creative costumes. A full sleigh pulled by 12 guys dressed as reindeer. A band with Frosty the Snowman on drums playing Christmas music. There's a lot of people who are there more for the flash mob effect than the drinking part.

Every time you call it a bar crawl, a sugar plum fairy dies.
