I really dislike when generalizations are made about PTSD. I am a PTSD sufferer, and pregnancy actually helped me. The psychiatric community knows so little about treating this condition compared to others because it is so nuanced and affects people so differently. A one-size-fits-all approach helps no one, nor does making generalizations like this one.
