BEIJING - APRIL 26: A opera performer poses on the runway during the Rosestudio Guo Pei Kun Opera Fashion Show at D-Park Plaza on April 26, 2010 in Beijing, China. Famous Chinese designer Guo Pei has designed all the costumes for the Kun Opera 'Cherishing a Fragrant Companion'. The same-sex love opera, also known as Kun Opera, was written in the late-Ming/early-Qing by scholar Li Yu. Kun Opera is the oldest form of Chinese opera, evolving from the Kunshan melody, and dominated Chinese theatre from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Kun opera was listed as one of the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2001. (Photo by Feng Li/Getty Images)
