One Orlando news anchor isn’t spending another god-almighty moment of his precious time on this Earth talking about the Kardashians.

The clip, which comes via Mediate, shows Fox 35’s John Brown just flat getting up and walking off at the idea of another minute discussing the Kardashians. John’s day is henceforth a Kardashian-free zone. It’s not a meltdown, so much as a declaration of independence: “I’m having a good Friday, so I refuse to talk about the Kardashians today. You are on your own, Amy. I’ve had enough Kardashians! I can’t take anymore Kardashian stories on this show.” From offstage he later added: “I don’t care. This family, I’m sick of this family. I can’t take it anymore. It’s a non-story!”

“Nobody cares about ‘em! That’s enough of these guys!”

The story, for the record, was about Kylie Jenner’s new rabbit, whom she named Bruce.
