Rapper Nelly was arrested last night in Putnam County, Tennessee on multiple drug charges. The arrest is likely unsurprising to anyone who has ever heard a single Nelly song.

According to police reports, Nelly’s tour bus was pulled over for not having a U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association sticker properly displayed. The police smelled marijuana and searched the bus. During the search the police found:

“...a plastic bag with five colored, crystal-type rocks that tested positive for methamphetamine; a “small amount” of marijuana; approximately 100 small Ziploc bags and “numerous” handguns, including a gold-plated 50-caliber Desert Eagle pistol.”

Nelly was arrested and charged with felony drug possession. He was also charged with two misdemeanors: simple marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. The weapons were owned by one of Nelly’s travelling companions.

Lena Dunham shared the above selfie on Instagram with the caption: “Promised myself I would not let exercise be the first thing to go by the wayside when I got busy with Girls Season 5 and here is why: it has helped with my anxiety in ways I never dreamed possible. To those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression: I know it’s mad annoying when people tell you to exercise, and it took me about 16 medicated years to listen. I’m glad I did. It ain’t about the ass, it’s about the brain. Thank you Tracy Anderson for showing me the light (and @bandierfit is where I bought my Florida mom inspired workout look). #notsponsored #stillmedicated.”

As a Florida mom, I heartily approve of Dunham’s look. [Us; Instagram]

Gisele Bündchen announced that she’ll retire from runway modelling after next week’s Sao Paulo’s Fashion Week. “Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop. I respect my body, it’s a privilege to be able to stop,” Bündchen told AFP. Bündchen has been doing runway work for nearly two decades and, according to Forbes, is really, really, really rich. Logically, I know exercise is supposed to be incredibly helpful for anxiety, depression etc, but when should it kick in? Is it something that takes a few weeks/months before feeling the benefit? I’ve never been a lover of exercise and need to change that for my physical health but I think I need it as much for my mental health too. I started, then after achieving the ability to run 5k, quickly gave up running and while I liked it, I can’t say I enjoyed it nor did I feel at the time it did anything for my anxiety.
