They could put out a new iteration of Chef’s Table every month and I’d be happy about it, but then it wouldn’t be Chef’s Table—careful, even-handed, and beautifully shot. But the new, four-episode stint that drops on Netflix today (just in time for your Hurricane Hermine-thwarted Labor Day weekend) is convincing me that maybe there could be Chef’s Table all the time?
