  • Earlier today, it was reported that prosecutors were haggling with Charlie Sheen over whether he’d plead guilty to felony or misdemeanor domestic assault, both with no jail time. Charlie only wanted to plead guilty to a misdemeanor, but prosecutors said that since he pled guilty to misdemeanor battery involving girlfriend Brittany Ashland in 1997, making it a felony this time was only fair.   • Corey Haim‘s funeral will be held in Toronto tomorrow, but Corey Feldman won’t attend because, “Due to their strong religious beliefs and need for privacy, the family has decided to make Corey’s funeral on Tuesday a small private affair… Instead, I will remain in Los Angeles quietly mourning and planning his memorial… I am working with a few people who were close to Corey to put a memorial together within the next month.   • When Corey Haim‘s death certificate comes out, the cause of death will be listed as “deferred.” The coroner says Haim had pneumonia and even if the toxicology report shows no fatal drug levels, certain drugs still could have stopped his heart. [TMZ]
  • Sources at the State Attorney General’s Office say that during their investigation into a fraudulent prescription drug ring, they found an OxyContin prescription written for Corey Haim on a pad that was not signed by an authorized doctor. [TMZ]
  • Michael David Barrett, the man convicted of stalking ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and uploading naked videos of her online, has been sentenced to 30 months in jail. Andrews, who was in court today, told reporters, “I would’ve liked a longer sentence. I did nothing wrong.” Barrett’s lawyer claimed his client was “profoundly sorry” and had “directly and indirectly apologized to Ms. Andrews.” [The Wrap]
  • Courtney Love described an incident that took place in October and led to her losing custody of Frances Bean Cobain saying, “I was talking on the phone. Frances came out of my room. She was hysterical. First she was crying at my legs, saying, ‘Why was I born?’ Then she bites and scratches and pulls on my hair. She punched me… I grabbed her with both arms.
