During her 19th birthday party last week, everyone’s best friend Kelly Osbourne presented Miley Cyrus with a cake shaped like Bob Marley, to which Miley replied,

You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake—you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.

Osbourne quipped back, “I thought salvia was your problem, man?” in reference to the picture that surfaced last year of her smoking something weed-like during her 18th birthday party. We’ll just have have to wait to see what kind of pot-related revelation her 20th birthday party brings!
