Listen to Author Dan Brown's Terrible Song About Phone Sex

Latest

My favorite thing about The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons wasn’t the stories, but how author Dan Brown’s physical description of his protagonist Robert Langdon exactly matched the way Dan Brown looked in his author photo (down to the outfit), which makes me think that both novels were actually just extensive works of fan fiction that he composed about himself. And why shouldn’t they be? Brown’s an accomplished writer and — as it turns out — a serious recording artist. Who isn’t a huge fan?

On the fence? Have a listen to “976 Love,” Brown’s early ’90s ode to phone sex.

Ugh, some people get all the talent.

(You can listen to more off of his album, assuming you don’t already own it, over at Buzzfeed.)
