Let's Watch Orange Is The New Black's Officer Bennett Take a Shower

Yes, that’s right: This is Matt McGorry, the adorable actor who plays Bennet on Orange Is The New Black, taking a shower.

McGorry made this video back in 2008 when he was a personal trainer, but linked to it on Facebook today as a Throwback Thursday post.

He writes:

This is a video of me in the shower that I made in college. In it, I’m demonstrating what’s known as a “contrast shower”; that alternates between hot and cold water to stimulate bloodflow and recovery. I strongly suggest you watch the entire 48 seconds. 🙂
