L.A. District Attorney Reviewing 3 More Sexual Misconduct Cases Against Harvey Weinstein

Latest

Justice is surely coming for human shitstain and alleged serial sexual predator Harvey Weinstein: After receiving dozens of reports alleging sexual misconduct against the disgraced Hollywood producer, the LAPD has sent three cases to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.

NBC News reports that the DA, which is currently reviewing two cases sent by the Beverly Hills police department, will decide whether to move forward with charges. The LAPD didn’t offer any details on the cases.

While dozens of brave women have run Weinstein out of Hollywood, he currently faces no criminal charges. But perhaps not for long—authorities in London are investigating nearly one dozen allegations against Weinstein, and New York City police announced they were building a case against him in November.

Allegations against Weinstein, waged by actresses like Salma Hayek, Ashley Judd, Uma Thurman, and dozens of other women, triggered an outpouring of sexual harassment stories and a mass movement that outed powerful predators across multiple industries. Weinstein has offered a vague half-apology, writing, “I so respect all women, and regret what happened,” but has denied “allegations of non-consensual sex.”
