While Kylie Jenner continues to dominate Snapchat and the hearts of teens worldwide, she and her company, Kylie Cosmetics, have officially failed to impress the Better Business Bureau. Excuse me, BBB? What happened to “follow for follow back”?


According to the bureau, Kylie Cosmetics has received 133 complaints filed against its lip kits since the company launched in 2015—with 69 (heh) of those complaints relating to delivery issues, 55 related to the product itself, and 9 pertaining to advertising, sale issues, or billing. Totaled together, the bad customer reviews have added up to a literal F grade for Yung Kylie’s makeup empire. Rude.

“Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company’s customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected,” states the bureau’s website. “The company’s refund policy states, ‘We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.’ However the company will replace missing items.”


When addressing the complaints, Kylie Cosmetics claims that the company is not to blame for missing or faulty parts of their lip kits:

In May of 2016 BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants alleged that packages ordered were not delivered or only partially full when received. The company replied that because their product is shipped in highly recognizable packaging, they feel that packages are being vandalized or stolen. The company also indicated that they were taking steps to change their packaging so that it is less recognizable.

Kylie Cosmetics must achieve a B rating in order to gain the approval of the BBB. However, the bureau was still receiving lip kit complaints as of late June, 2016. What’s the Snapchat filter for SORRY NOT SORRY?
