HBO Go subscribers and people who borrowed logins from friends and family found themselves in the same predicament as last month when the on demand service crashed during the True Detective finale. This time, problems occurred during the Game of Thrones Season 4 premiere episode. According to Time, the issues were fixed in about an hour, but not before fans on the Internet got hilariously pissed about it.

Of course, HBO didn't lose their sense of humor about the whole thing:

it is so, so hard to feel bad for people who get to watch HBO for free, while I choose to pay $10 a month to the WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD AKA COMCAST because having HBO on my television (or On Demand) is actually worth it. But I guess if they don't have a television and/or/because Comcast makes you want to punch someone or something on a semi-regular basis, I can understand their disappointment and annoyance. However, you really shouldn't have the right to complain for what is essentially stealing a product that is very, very much worth paying for. It's about time that HBO allowed people to just have an HBOGO subscription.
