I Cannot Believe How Messy This Miranda Lambert/Blake Shelton Drama Has Gotten

We haven’t been discussing the recent drama between Miranda Lambert, her ex-husband Blake Shelton, her ex-boyfriend Anderson East, and her current boyfriend Evan Felker, but I will fix that right now, because this story has everything—mainly because no one in the periphery will stop talking.

Here’s the short version: country singer Miranda Lambert allegedly began her relationship with country singer Blake Shelton while she was still with another country singer named Jeff Allen McManus. Lambert and Shelton were married from 2011 to 2015, at which point Shelton began dating pop singer Gwen Stefani and Lambert began dating country singer Anderson East. Shelton and Stefani are still together (as of 9:00AM Monday morning), but Lambert recently made headlines for dumping East and quickly starting up a relationship with a folk singer (variety is the spice of life) named Evan Felker. When news of this broke, Shelton tweeted:

Been taking the high road for a long time.. I almost gave up. But I can finally see something on the horizon up there!! Wait!! Could it be?! Yep!! It’s karma!!

Though vague, the tweet was interpreted as Petty with a capital P to McManus, who responded with:

You know, i’ve always given you the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to just being human, But you must be one arrogant SOB to pop off something like this, when I know damn good and well you were cheating on your wife and Miranda was cheating on me when you two started up

So that’s McManus calling both Lambert and Shelton cheaters! (He later deleted the tweet and called it “pointless,” which is the most mature part of this entire story.) But that’s not where this story ends. Radar Online reports Felker’s estranged wife Staci claimed she was “abandoned” by Evan in her divorce filing. (Evan disputes this.) To make matters worse, she shared this image on Instagram the same week news of her estranged husband’s relationship with Lambert went public:

But wait, Ron! There’s more! In yet another bit of investigative reporting, Radar Online spoke to Staci’s father, who was more than willing to spill a little tea. They write:

“I don’t know Miranda, but from what I understand he was opening for her,” he said. “From what I understand, Evan asked for the divorce. All I know is hearsay, so I’m not going to pass that on.”

When informed of Lambert’s man-stealing reputation, he responded, “I don’t like to spread rumors, but I’d say you’re on the right track.”
