Human Face Appears In Testicles Of One Very Lucky Man

Latest

Urologists can’t afford to giggle like 7th graders every time someone brings up balls, but recently Canadian doctors spotted something too incredible to ignore: A man’s face in an ultrasound of a patient’s testicular tumor.

Dr. Naji Touma, an assistant professor of urology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, says, “It was almost like art coming out of this patient’s testicles … It was an amusing finding.” Yet, disappointingly, the doctors are too logical to start worshipping the face and asking it to perform miracles. Touma explains, “It’s purely coincidental. [Much like his name sounding like “tumor”?] That’s what came to our mind, though, that somebody would look at this like the Virgin Mary on toast . . . but it’s not the case.”

The patient was more interested in the news that the growth was benign than the fact that there may have been a man caught in his balls. The urologists did the doctor equivalent of posting the photo to Facebook, i.e. sending it in to the journal Urology with the headline “The Face Of Testicular Pain.”
