Julie Chen made the "executive decision" to stay live and not go to commercial as the jury's verdict was delivered in the Casey Anthony trial (her husband Les Moonves does run CBS, after all.) Upon receiving the news, Julie Chen choked up as she delivered the news to the other hosts and audience that Anthony was declared not guilty of first degree murder. From there, it was quite a struggle for everyone to keep their emotions in check.
