Hillary Clinton's Memoir Hard Choices Is Ready for Its Close-Up

Latest

One day after announcing that she is a grandma-to-be, Hillary Clinton has taken the next step in her “possible” presidential run by announcing her new book title. As much as I look forward to the possibility of a female president, I do wish she hadn’t chosen such a VEEP-friendly name for her memoir, but we’ll take what we get — Hard Choices.

According to the Washington Post, the former Secretary of State’s publisher Simon & Schuster described Hard Choices as an “inside account of the crises, choices and challenges” Clinton faced during her years in the position.

“All of us face hard choices in our lives,” Clinton writes in the book. “Life is about making these choices, and how we handle them shapes the people we become.”

The memoir, out June 10, is also slated be a part of our national treasure hunt to decipher if and when Clinton will declare a presidential run for 2016. Maybe she’ll announce it on the last page.
