Heirloom Of The Future: Kanye West's Tweets, Embroidered

The idiosyncratic but engaging Twitter personality known as @kanyewest has now had some of his best work highlighted by needlepointer Amy Sheridan. Sheridan — and yes, the particular pieces shown in her Etsy listing are sold, but she’ll get you “a brand new one, made just for you” — has immortalized some of the rapper’s best/worst Tweets, including “I specifically ordered persian rugs with cherub imagery!!! What do I have to do to get a simple persian rug with cherub imagery uuuuugh” and “Fur pillows are hard to actually sleep on.” It’s not the first time someone’s Tweets have been given the embroidery treatment (@MayorEmanuel’s love of coffee and four-letter words was immortalized in Aida cloth earlier this year) but the medium is always appealing.
