Gawker Media, publisher of some of the web’s most loved sites, is looking for a highly organized, energetic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our operations team. Your ability to stay motivated while juggling many varied tasks is key!

Responsibilities include:

  • Reception — answering phones and greeting clients and guests
  • Maintaining office flow including kitchen, mail, inventory, setting up meetings and events
  • Ordering and tracking equipment purchases, booking travel, coordinating entertainment arrangements

Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits and the opportunity to work in one of Time Out New York’s Best Offices in NYC included.
