Florida Man Arrested for DUI While in Electric Wheelchair

His name, naturally, is Ronny Hicks.

Via Fox News: Hicks, a 54-year-old Florida man, was arrested on Monday night while blocking a pedestrian bridge inside a park in Palm Bay. Passersby called in complaints, so the police came, who subsequently noted that Hicks “appeared to be highly intoxicated” while operating his electric vehicle, and furthermore refused to be transported to the hospital for an open wound.
