Feds Refuse To Sign Off On Indiana's Planned Parenthood Defunding

The federal Medicaid and Medicare administrator refused to approve Indiana’s new law denying Medicaid recipients the right to seek care at Planned Parenthood and any other clinic providing abortions. That’s because it’s blatantly illegal! Funny how that works.
