The 18-year-old from West Palm Beach, Florida who was arrested for posing as a doctor was arrested again on Tuesday night, according to reports.
The Sun Sentinel reports that Malachi Love-Robinson was taken to Palm Beach County Jail and booked on charges of larceny, plus five counts of using a false I.D. At a court hearing this morning, a judge reportedly ordered Love-Robinson to seek medical attention.
According to WPTV:
A judge said he would release Love-Robinson on supervised release, but he must have a mental health assessment. The judge also ordered him to stop practicing medicine and not to have any contact with victims.
Previously, Love-Robinson was discovered practicing without a medical license at New Birth, New Life Alternative Medicine and Urgent Care Clinic in West Palm Beach; he was subsequently arrested on February 16 and charged with grand theft larceny, check forgery and medical fraud. Love-Robinson was out on bond at the time of his second arrest.
The teen has denied any wrongdoing, telling ABC’s Good Morning America in an interview after his initial arrest, “I have taken quite a bit of final exams and alternative medicine courses.”
