The protestor who ran near Bill Cosby—the names of his accusers and the words “Women’s Lives Matter” painted on her body—on Monday (the day his retrial is set to start) has been charged with disorderly conduct. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office identified her as Nicolle Rochelle who, according to IMDb, appeared several times on the Bill Cosby Show under the name Nicole Leach. Earlier today, she posted this on Facebook.

The trial itself still hasn’t started. The judge has spent the morning handling a request from the defense team to have a juror dismissed.
