LONDON, ENGLAND – FEBRUARY 17: A woman writes a tribute to the Beatles on the wall outside the Abbey Road recording studios, which have been put up for sale by their owner EMI on February 17, 2010 in London, England. The studios are synonymous with the Beatles and in particular their album ‘Abbey Road’ whose cover image was taken on the zebra crossing outside the studios. Former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney has said he hopes the famous studios can be saved and preserve their status as a working recording studio. EMI, which is owned by private equity firm Terra Firma, needs to raise over 100m GBP to prevent a breach of its banking arrangements with Citigroup. It is estimated that the sale of the studios could raise as much as 30m GBP. (Photo by Oli Scarff/Getty Images)
