Another celebrity breakup: Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman reportedly separated several months ago. "It became clear they were more like friends than husband and wife," says a source. They were married for five years and have a two-year-old son, Max.
I don't get why there aren't more Christina fans here? "Can't Hold Us Down" is a feminist anthem, "I'm Ok" is an amazing song about surviving domestic violence, she does tons of charity work which she never talks about, she's always called out the double standard, she stood up to Eminem, she makes every different kind of music from rap and hip hop and R&B to pop and rock and jazz and blues, she can sing her face off, she writes her own songs, her Stripped album is one of the most empowering albums for young women, yet apparently there aren't alot of fans here, and I see everyone bending over backwards to delude themselves into thinking Gaga is some kind of feminist icon and that Beyonce is the best we can get of female empowering songs. No hate to them, they are both talented, but Beyonce barely writes more than a word on any one of her songs, and Gaga thought feminists were man-haters till recently.
