Check Out the First Indian Woman to Perform Stand Up on Late Night TV

Last night, Aparna Nancherla made her first appearance on Conan. And in the process, she became the first Indian woman to perform stand up on American late night TV. IT'S A COLUMBUS DAY MIRACLE.

During the day, Nancherla is a writer for Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell and is enviably, devastatingly weird and hilarious on Twitter. Seriously.

If you're in NYC, you can catch her performing around the City, and you probably should because — fangirl moment — she's one of my favorite comedians.
