Bunny Named 'Hope' Given Second Chance At Life Thanks to Rescuer

A bunny named "Hope" got a second chance at life, thanks to a rabbit-loving rescuer.

Hope was given her name by rescue workers at a shelter, in the hopes that she would find a happy forever home. From HooplaHa:

Hope the bunny escaped near death and is "hoppily" living with Amy in Massachusetts after she was rescued and nursed back to health by Sweet Binks Rabbit Rescue in Foster, Rhode Island

The best part of this video (aside from seeing Hope's happy new home) is the massive bunny estate made out of cardboard she plays in. I wonder if her and the other bunnies get in there are recreate scenes from Downton Abbey. That's what I would do if I was a bunny with a cardboard manor.

DISCUSSION

So, hey, rabbit lovers. If you can, maybe consider fostering a rabbit after Easter. As ridiculous as it sounds, there are still people who give rabbits as pets, and there will usually be some abandoned between Easter and early summer. Most animals are more adoptable in home environments, and it's a lower commitment way to enjoy an animal's company.
