Boy Saved by Hero Cat Sleeps Through Today Show Interview

While Tara the hero cat (mostly) sat peacefully during the Triantafilo family’s appearance on the Today Show Thursday, the young boy Jeremy she protected from a biting dog was even more peaceful, in that he was asleep the entire time.

Jeremy’s parents tried to pick up the slack for him as he napped, but their interview-giving skills had nothing on their son’s (who is recovering just fine). "I think that dog did not even know what hit him," said Jeremy’s dad. America is still recovering from the shock of this story as well.
