  • Hot In Cleveland indeed: Old photos of Betty White and her late husband, TV host Allen Ludden, “engaging in sexual activities” are reportedly being shopped to media outlets.

Sources claim four photos were found recently in a box of memorabilia Betty left at her old house. What an interesting coincidence that we’re learning this on the day her new show premieres. Though, it’s not like Betty needs more publicity these days. [ZackTaylor.ca]

  • Betty White‘s agent denied the photos exist, saying, “This is simply not her… This has come up over the years. People claim they have photos of Betty and Allen, and it’s simply not true. And Betty’s laughing. She can’t believe people are still talking about this.” [ABC News]
  • Chris Klein was arrested early this morning for suspicion of drunk driving when his car was spotted drifting between lanes on a L.A. freeway. [Reuters]
  • Chris Klein‘s blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit according to police sources. Cops found a dog in the car, who was later picked up by one of Chris’ friends. His bail is set at $25,000. Chris’s bail. Not the dog’s. [TMZ]

  • The group In Defense of Animals is angry at Chris Klein for driving drunk with an animal. A spokesman said, “By choosing to drive under the influence with his dog in the car, Chris not only put innocent drivers in danger, but broke a promise to be a protector and guardian to his pet.” [TMZ]

  • Brooke Mueller‘s rep says the reports that she’s reentered rehab aren’t true, but “Brooke is currently receiving professional help in the area of stress management.
