- Hot In Cleveland indeed: Old photos of Betty White and her late husband, TV host Allen Ludden, “engaging in sexual activities” are reportedly being shopped to media outlets.
Sources claim four photos were found recently in a box of memorabilia Betty left at her old house. What an interesting coincidence that we’re learning this on the day her new show premieres. Though, it’s not like Betty needs more publicity these days. [ZackTaylor.ca]
- Betty White‘s agent denied the photos exist, saying, “This is simply not her… This has come up over the years. People claim they have photos of Betty and Allen, and it’s simply not true. And Betty’s laughing. She can’t believe people are still talking about this.” [ABC News]
- Chris Klein was arrested early this morning for suspicion of drunk driving when his car was spotted drifting between lanes on a L.A. freeway. [Reuters]
- Chris Klein‘s blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit according to police sources. Cops found a dog in the car, who was later picked up by one of Chris’ friends. His bail is set at $25,000. Chris’s bail. Not the dog’s. [TMZ]
- Since Chris Klein was convicted of DUI in 2004, under California law he will have to serve at least four days in jail if convicted. [TMZ]
- The group In Defense of Animals is angry at Chris Klein for driving drunk with an animal. A spokesman said, “By choosing to drive under the influence with his dog in the car, Chris not only put innocent drivers in danger, but broke a promise to be a protector and guardian to his pet.” [TMZ]

- Though Bristol Palin denies that she and Levi Johnston are back together, today on GMA she said they’re getting along for the sake of their son. “I am doing my best to raise a happy, active and healthy boy. I believe that wherever possible, if the parents can cooperate and co-parent in a positive way, the child will benefit,” she said. “Levi and I are turning a new page here as co-parents to this wonderful boy and putting aside the past because doing so is in Tripp’s best interest.” [People]
- Charlie Sheen is trying to make a new plea deal that will involve probation time but no jail. “Charlie realizes that any deal with jail time now means he can’t smoke,” said a source. “He says he can’t go without it. - Charlie Sheen told the police that he thinks someone in his gated community, perhaps a grounds worker, may be casing his house. He’s abandoned his habit of leaving his keys in the ignition, but he forgot on Monday, the day his fourth car was stolen and driven off a cliff. [TMZ]
- Brooke Mueller‘s rep says the reports that she’s reentered rehab aren’t true, but “Brooke is currently receiving professional help in the area of stress management. It was Brooke who recognized that it would be in her best interest to deal with personal issues involving stress that have the potential of challenging her sobriety. - A source claims Brooke Mueller has has moved into a rental house an hour outside L.A. with her twins. “Brooke is close to having a nervous breakdown over all that is going on with Charlie,” said the source. “She is still taking outpatient help with her addiction problems and would have totally relapsed if she had not gotten out of town.” [People]

- Nicollette Sheridan has filed new documents in her lawsuit against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, in which she claims ABC responded to her physical assault accusations with an investigation that concluded he “simply gave her a light tap on the side of the head for the sole purpose of providing direction for a scene they were rehearsing.” [NYT]
- A free Drake concert (with opening act Hanson) was canceled after 20,000 people showed up and the crowd got out of hand. Zac Hanson Tweeted: “Had to cancel the free NYC show today because of a crazy audience that was braking [sic] things at the mixing board.” [E!]
- Kate Winslet is in talks to star in a movie based on the story of Natascha Kampusch, an Austrian woman who was kidnapped and held in a cellar for eight years. Christoph Waltz may be playing her kidnapper. [ONTD]
