The wonder that is serious kid inventors demonstrating their ingenuity — a Barbie Corvette is involved, people — will not be diminished, not even by Jay Leno, who is seriously no Dr. Fad.

“My writers should be taking notes” — seriously, Jay? Don’t patronize this girl, she’s an accomplished inventor.

That’s not the only rule Jay broke: As anyone who took a walk on the wacky side during a 80s Saturday morning with Dr. Fad knows, you don’t ask “why” an invention is needed; the whole POINT of kid-inventions is to have elaborate, awesome, Rube Goldberg-style solutions to functions that are easily done, like in that awesome OK Go video!
