A disciplinary hearing was held today for Elizabeth Davies, a nursery school teacher in Wales who allegedly accused Bangladeshi children of smelling like onions or curry, then sprayed them down with air freshener, The Telegraph reports.

Davies' learning support assistant claims this occurred "almost daily" and students between the ages of three and six were also sprayed for farting. She added that, "There was boy aged about four or five who soiled himself. I took him to the toilet and stood him on newspaper ... Pupils would be told to stand on newspaper until their parents arrive to collect them." Davies was fired following an investigation, but police say she won't be charged.
