Teenage Girl Fights Off Two Attackers With Her Baton-Twirling Skills

A quick-thinking teenage girl who was attacked by two men on her way to school fought her attackers off with the only weapon she had on hand: her marching band baton. Clip after the jump.

The 17-year-old apparently hit one attacker in the nose and kicked the other in the groin, causing them both to flee. "The moral to this story is don’t mess with the marching band girls, or you just might get what you deserve," says LA County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Rust, "Final score: Marching band 2, thugs 0." The attackers have not yet been arrested.
