Watch This Woman Eat Two 72-Ounce Steaks in 15 Minutes

Competitive eater Molly Schuyler is back, destroying yet another record and becoming a Texas legend in the process.

On Monday, Schuyler, a mother of four, obliterated fellow competitive eater Joey Chestnut’s steak-eating record at the Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas:

The challenge is a free meal to anyone who can eat the entire 72-ounce steak in one sitting within an hour, but has grown into another speed-eating challenge in professional circles. But it’s not just that Schuyler broke Chestnut’s record. According to the eatfeats.com database, she nearly cut the seven-time July 4 Nathan’s Hot Dog champion’s record steak time in half — then ate another 72-ouncer for good measure.

That’s right. She ate two of them. Schuyler finished the first steak with a time of 4:58, absolutely wiping out Joey Chesnut’s 8:52 record. Then, she finished off the second steak meat in 9:59.

“We witnessed history,” Big Texan co-owner Danny Lee said. “If there’s a zombie apocalypse, I want to stay away from this girl.”

Last month Schuyler ate 12 pounds of pudding in three minutes and in January she ate a 4.5 steak in less than three minutes.
