After nearly 20 years of litigation—that went all the way up to the Supreme Court—a federal judge has ruled that Anna Nicole Smith's estate will not get a single red penny of her late husband's billions.

Today, a judge dismissed the felony conspiracy charges against Smith's doctor and Howard K. Stern, saying of Stern, "a layperson [doesn't] knows it's illegal to write a prescription in another name." Really? Even if that person is a lawyer?
