The British Academy Film Awards, perhaps better known as the BAFTAs, or "the British Oscars," are taking place in London this evening, and the stars are out in full force, wearing their glamorous awards-season best:

• Alexa Chung has been named British Vogue's best-dressed for her "quirky sense of style." Also: Audrey Tautou, Freida Pinto, and Emma Watson. [ThisIsLondon]
• She's "deposed" Kate Moss, now "relegated to 10th place, only one spot ahead of Lady Gaga." [Telegraph]

Critics say Coco Before Chanel, which comes out today, is an unusual biopic in that it focuses solely on who Coco Chanel was before she became famous. Some say it ends too soon, before revealing what made her a legend.

• Mickey Rourke, at Max Azria: "I really don't like Max that much. He's a short little guy with a good looking wife. Maybe I'll steal his wife." [WSJ]

• Colin Firth won Best Actor at the Venice Film Festival for his role in former Gucci designer Tom Ford's directorial debut, A Single Man. [Vogue UK]

Perez Hilton told the Los Angeles Times this weekend that he is launching a new site for 20-something women. Although the site is still testing ahead of the official launch tomorrow, we were able to get a good, long look.

• Kate Moss was shot by Mario Testino for the September cover of British Vogue. That trench coat looks very Gisele photoshop-gate/neighborhood flasher, no? [Design Scene]

• Michael Jackson's entire family — including the kids — reportedly wore Versace to his memorial service yesterday. The singer was a longtime admirer of Gianni Versace's work, and LaToya Jackson contacted Donatella Versace to arrange for the custom outfits. [InStyle]

• Oy (Oi?): An Australian tabloid is claiming that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are "in turmoil" because Kristen is pregnant with the sparkle vamp's spawn.
