On January 1, pot shops in Colorado opened its doors to legally sell recreational weed to anybody over the age of 21. Many people waited for hours in the snow, some of them in costume. One of them was a guy named Booger.

There was also a middle-aged lady with a mysterious, giant shiner, a newlywed couple who consider themselves pioneers, a man who sold his home in Virginia to move to Colorado specifically because of the legalization, another guy who said that his "dreams have come true," a dude who plans on framing his receipt of the sale, some guys who painted themselves green, plenty of men with long ponytails, a chick who says "man" a lot, and a guy who spent over $600 on weed. These are our heroes.
