    People.com says that in addition to suing several corporations, DJ AM and Chris Baker's widow are suing the estates of the two pilots. I just cannot get behind suing the "estates" of the deceased. The estate belongs to the family of those who passed - who are going through a lot already, right? It boggles my mind and it infuriates me!!!!!!!!!

    @serenepanic: This! Yes! And Travis Barker did the same thing. It made me sick when I read that last year. And they filed right before Christmas. Punitive damages, no less, which are considered financial "punishment". The children of the dead pilots are supposed to be financially punished for a plane crash they had no part in??!!! Really??? Children?


    Disgusting.

    I tried watching the KINGS show online, and there was this REALLY LOOOOONG SCENE of a military rescue of hostages and I'm like, "Where the hell is this going?!!!" I turned it off.

    @Maulleigh: I watched the whole thing, and for about the first two thirds of it, I agreed with y'all, thinking "eh, when it's over I'll probably never watch it again-" but then BAM BAM BAM good scene followed by good scene and then another good scene! It's like they saved all the awesomeness for the last third. If you can get through that first part, it really is worth it.

    I am officially asking you guys to help me interpret this Amy Winehouse dream. I dreamed that she was sitting across from me in a black jacket and pants and she looked so fresh and pretty. Her hair was short and curly and her skin looked fantastic and I said, "How are you doing, Amy?"


    And she said, "I'm nervous. It's my first day."


    "You'll do great," I said, "And you look so pretty today."


    "I do?" she said, "Oh, thank you." And she dabbed at her eye because she was starting to tear up.


    And then I woke up.


    I was totally convinced that I was going to turn on the computer and find out that she'd died.

    Fox's Roger Friedman on Julia Roberts: "She was rude, downright nasty, and dismissive. She snubbed me in front of other people to make her point… Her behavior was unexpected and chilling."


    I am not Julia Roberts' biggest fan, by far, and think she has done some crap things in her personal life, but I can't hate on her for snubbing Friedman. From what I can gleam, he seems like an asshat.
