    + Gotta be an 18-24 year old girl who is unfamiliar with the term "sexual harassment"

    + Should know nothing at all about sports; you're there to look pretty, not actually contribute to the conversation

    + Must have cleavage even when wearing a sports bra. Short-shorts are a plus.

    + Don't recognize any other teams, companies, or organizations. Remember, you're just there to smile.

    + If you have anyone else in the video, they better be applying baby oil to your lithe, supple body.

    + No music please, unless you're writhing to it.

    More upsetting than the Bryant thing is the fact that this company that sells to female athletes is effectively calling a time-out for this "job," for which they only want "girls" who'll stand around and look pretty whilst reporting on male sports.

    1. They couldn't think of any other sports figure to entice a job-seeker besides an alleged rapist? Well done, Nike.


    2. If I am between 18-24, I am not a girl. I'm a women.


    3. And so don't call me a gal, either, you patronizing company.


    This is why I was always an Adidas girl.
